#1 PRIORITY INCREASING LOCAL AID
I'm committed to ensuring that Beacon Hill prioritizes the hardworking families of Stoneham and Winchester. I believes it is time to stop the unsustainable spending on the shelter system, climate initiatives that make Massachusetts unaffordable and the tremendous waste and abuse in the system.
We need to redirect those resources back to the communities that actually pay the bills. By reforming the outdated Chapter 70 formula, I will fight to increase the state’s share of school funding, directly reducing the unfair burden on local property taxes and ending the constant cycle of override requests.
MASSACHUSETTS HAS AN AFFORDABILITY CRISIS
Massachusetts is at a breaking point. Since 2020, over 185,000 residents have voted with their feet and left the Commonwealth.
We now face the highest cost of living in the continental U.S., sky-high energy bills, and a stagnant job market that is stifling our future.
When our young people can’t afford to marry, start a family or buy a home, and businesses are fleeing to more competitive states, the status quo is no longer an option.
I am running to deliver common sense change in leadership—cutting the regulations and taxes that make it impossible for families to thrive here.

This initiative will promote the goal of helping our kids thrive through exercise to motivate every child to be active. Since Covid 19 our kids have gotten accustomed to being stationary with their devices. We must change this trajectory now. This initiative will be designed to highlight the benefits of exercise and healthy eating for children in a way that resonates with parents and caregivers.
